📦 Easy Returns – Within 7 Days
If something isn’t right, don’t worry—we’re here to help.
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- You received the wrong item, damaged item, or there is a manufacturing defect
- You have a clear unboxing video (from the time you open the parcel, without cuts or edits)
Returns are not accepted for used items, items bought on sale/discount,clearance sale ,customized products, innerwear (like langots), or hygiene-related items.

💸 Refunds Made Simple
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection via email or WhatsApp.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take up to 7 working days to reflect.

❌ Order Cancellation – 1 Hour Window
We get it—sometimes plans change.
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

💡 Important:
- Orders canceled within 1 hour will be refunded after deducting 3.3% processing charges (Shopify & Payment Gateway +18% GST charges).
- After 1 hour, we begin processing your order. Post that, cancellation isn’t possible.
- If the order is already shipped, you cannot cancel or redirect it.
🔁 Replacements or Exchanges
We happily replace products if:
- They are damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Reported with unboxing video within 24 hours

🎁 Used Discount Code?
If you cancel an order made using a discount coupon, the code will be treated as used and cannot be reused or reissued.
