Your Baby’s Comfort Starts with a Trusted Delivery

At LILBEE®, we take pride in delivering not just premium baby care products, but also peace of mind to every parent. We understand that each order is not just a package, but a bundle of care, love, and expectation. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines everything you need to know for a seamless shopping experience with us.

1. Shipping Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that your LILBEE® order reaches you in perfect condition, on time. All products are carefully checked, packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging, and dispatched with reputed courier partners.

  • All orders for our products are processed within 24 hours to 4 business days after confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Dispatch time may vary slightly during festivals, high-demand seasons, or special sales.

2. Domestic Shipping Policy (India)

  • Standard Delivery Timeline: 4 to 7 working days from the dispatch date.
  • Extended Delivery Time (in rare cases): 7 to 10 working days, depending on delivery location and accessibility.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹1000/-.
  • For orders below ₹1000/-, a nominal shipping fee is applicable and will be shown at checkout.

Please Note:

  • Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed after 5 PM or during public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • All items ordered together in one cart will be shipped to a single address. To ship to multiple addresses, place separate orders.

3. Delivery Process & Protocol

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
  • Our delivery executive may attempt to contact you before delivery. If unreachable, the order may be left at your doorstep (if safe to do so).
  • Please ensure the delivery OTP is shared only upon physically receiving the product. LILBEE® is not responsible for parcels marked “Delivered” but not received due to OTP misuse.
  • For safety, do not accept delivery if the outer packaging is tampered. If accepted, we consider it a valid delivery, and no refunds/replacements will be processed on such claims.

4. Order Issues – Missing/Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A product missing from your order,
  • A wrong product (different from invoice),

Please email us at customercarelilbee@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with:

  • An unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
  • And Your order number, details.

No complaint will be processed without a clear unboxing video.

5. Change of Shipping Address

We do not entertain address change requests after dispatch. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. LILBEE® will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be marked undeliverable if:

  • The address provided is incorrect/incomplete.
  • The customer is not available during multiple delivery attempts.
  • The customer refuses delivery.

Such returned orders may incur:

  • Return shipping charges.
  • Restocking fees as applicable.

Customers will be contacted to arrange re-shipment or refund (minus applicable charges).

7. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the product, please contact your local courier office immediately.
  • LILBEE® is not liable for packages lost or stolen after tracking shows successful delivery.
  • Delivery delays due to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen factors are out of our control. We’ll keep you updated via email/SMS on any such delays.

8. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery only if:
    • The product is unused.
    • The product is in its original packaging.
    • You provide an unboxing video.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, after deducting shipping or restocking charges (if applicable).

9. Product Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
  • After this window, the order is sent for processing and cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

10. International Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping for our LILBEE® customers living outside India.

  • Dispatch Timeline: 1–2 business days post order confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: 4–10 working days based on destination and customs clearance.
  • All international orders are shipped via trusted partners such as DHL/FedEx.
  • Shipping charges vary based on destination, package weight, and dimensions — shown at checkout.

Customs & Duties:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our pricing.
  • These charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
  • We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before ordering

No Returns/Replacements:

  • We do not offer returns or replacements on international orders.
  • Orders returned due to unpaid customs charges or non-delivery will be refunded only after deducting all logistics and customs handling charges.

11. Payment Verification & Security

  • All transactions are 100% secure.
  • We accept domestic cards, UPI, and major wallet payments.
  • For international customers, only 3D Secure-enabled cards are accepted.
